Challenge

CSUSA-Indiana was awarded the HVAC portion of this project, which included the installation of P-Tac units, several natural gas-fired split systems as well as three ductless mini splits and one specialty pool area conditioning unit. The foundation of the plan began with the project working from the top down and to complete our tasking floor by floor. This plan worked well for the first half of the project and was modified in order to stage so various trades could finish in the lobby at the same time. CSUSA-Indiana worked through several issues during the execution of the project in order to facilitate other trades on the job site. 

Solution

Highlights include:

·         CSUSA-Indiana received and placed 95 P-TAC Units into their specific room in one day.

·         Extended days and weekends were required to fulfill the project timeline

·         CSUSA-Indiana completed the project with zero safety incidents
